PlaylistFeed Community Guidelines for Curators

1–2 minutes

PlaylistFeed expects all curators to maintain professional and respectful conduct on the platform. These guidelines protect the experience for both you and the artists who submit to you.

Treat Every Submission with Respect

Even when a track isn’t right for your playlist, respond professionally. Artists are paying for access to real curators who take their music seriously. A respectful decline with honest feedback builds trust in you and in the platform.

Be Honest in Everything You Do

Represent your playlists and reach accurately. Don’t inflate your follower counts, genre classifications, or the opportunities you offer. If you accept a track, follow through and add it to your playlist. Say what you mean and deliver what you promise.

Keep Communication Professional

All messages on the platform should stay relevant and constructive. Whether you’re responding to a submission or replying to a direct message, keep it about the music. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward artists is never acceptable.

Don’t Game the System

Creating multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, manipulating quality scores, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity violates the platform’s terms. PlaylistFeed monitors for this and acts on it.

Consequences

Depending on severity, violations can result in warnings, reduced visibility, temporary suspension from receiving submissions, withheld payouts, or permanent removal from the platform. In cases involving fraud or illegal activity, PlaylistFeed may refer the matter to law enforcement.

See Something Wrong?

If an artist is behaving inappropriately or you notice something that doesn’t belong on the platform, report it to support@playlistfeed.com.
