How to Set Up Stripe Connect and Receive Payouts on PlaylistFeed

1–2 minutes

PlaylistFeed pays curators through Stripe Connect. You need to complete Stripe’s onboarding before you can withdraw any earnings.

How to Set It Up

Go to your Account settings in the app and follow the prompts to connect your Stripe account. Stripe will ask you to verify your identity and provide your banking details. This process is handled entirely by Stripe. PlaylistFeed never sees or stores your banking information, card details, or any other sensitive financial data.

When to Set It Up

As early as possible. Your earnings accumulate in your PlaylistFeed dashboard from the moment you start reviewing submissions, but you can’t withdraw anything until Stripe is connected and verified. Setting it up early means there’s no delay when you’re ready to cash out.

What If I Already Have a Stripe Account?

You’ll still need to go through the Stripe Connect onboarding specifically for PlaylistFeed. The process links your existing Stripe account to the platform so payouts can be sent to you.

Keep Your Account in Good Standing

Your Stripe account needs to stay active and verified at all times. If it gets restricted, suspended, or flagged by Stripe for any reason, your payouts will be blocked until the issue is resolved on Stripe’s side. PlaylistFeed can’t override Stripe’s account decisions.

Having Trouble with Stripe?

If you’re running into issues during the onboarding process, check that your identity documents are clear and match the information you entered. If Stripe keeps rejecting your verification, contact Stripe’s support directly. For issues specific to the PlaylistFeed connection, email support@playlistfeed.com.
