If you believe your response was scored unfairly by PlaylistFeed’s automated system, you have the right to challenge it.
When to Dispute
You received a lower compensation than expected for a response you put real effort into. Your visibility in the discovery feed dropped after a quality determination you disagree with. You received a warning tied to feedback quality that you believe was unwarranted.
How to File
Email support@playlistfeed.com within 72 hours of receiving notice of the quality determination. Include the specific order, what score or action you’re disputing, and explain why you believe the automated assessment got it wrong.
What Happens Next
PlaylistFeed conducts a human review of your feedback alongside the automated score. The team aims to get back to you within 30 calendar days. If the review finds the score was inaccurate, they’ll take corrective action. That could mean restoring your visibility, reversing a compensation adjustment, or removing a warning from your account.
If the original score is upheld, you’ll receive an explanation of the reasoning behind it.
One Dispute Per Action
Each adverse action gets one dispute. If the decision is upheld, that’s final for that particular order. Submitting duplicate or abusive disputes can result in losing access to the dispute process entirely.
