How to Share Your PlaylistFeed Placements on Social Media
When a curator accepts your track, that’s worth sharing with your audience. PlaylistFeed lets you post about your placements on social media with a few guidelines to keep in mind.
What You Can Share
You can share that your track was added to a playlist and mention the playlist by name. If the curator left written feedback, you can post an excerpt of up to 50 words as long as you credit PlaylistFeed in the post.
What You Can’t Share
Don’t identify the curator by name without their written permission. Don’t modify or take feedback out of context in a way that misrepresents what the curator actually said.
Does PlaylistFeed Have a Sharing Tool?
PlaylistFeed may offer a built in sharing feature that generates pre formatted posts ready for social media. If available, using that tool keeps you within the guidelines automatically without having to think about word counts or attribution.
Why Share Your Placements
Letting your audience know your music is landing on curated playlists builds credibility and gives people another way to discover your tracks. It also signals to other curators that your music is getting picked up, which can work in your favor on future submissions.
