This article outlines PlaylistFeed’s refund policy for all purchases, including subscriptions, Boosts, and future paid features. Please read carefully before making any payments.
General Policy
All payments made on PlaylistFeed are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law. This includes:
- Subscription fees
- Boost purchases
- Storage or upgrade plans
- Any future in-app purchases or credits
No Refunds for Unused Time or Features
We do not offer partial refunds for:
- Unused Boosts
- Remaining subscription time after cancellation
- Failure to use available storage or features before renewal
Once a payment is processed, your account is granted immediate access to the purchased features. This includes storage unlocks and platform exposure that cannot be reversed retroactively.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or were billed multiple times, please contact [Support] within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a correction if applicable.
Canceling Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings > Billing page.
- Canceling stops future renewals
- Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- No refund will be issued for the remaining period
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension. If you experience a billing issue, always contact Support first to resolve it.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in rare cases where:
- A confirmed technical error prevented access to paid features
- Duplicate purchases occurred within the same billing cycle
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our support team.
