How to Subscribe
Once paid plans are available:
- Go to Account Settings > Billing
- Select the plan that fits your needs
- Click “Subscribe”
- Complete checkout using a supported payment method
Your storage limits and support access will upgrade instantly.
Managing Your Subscription
- You will be able to manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Account Settings > Billing
- Downgrading will take effect at the end of your billing cycle
- Upgrading will apply immediately
Notes
- All plans are per user account
- Free users can still fully access the platform with limited storage
- Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually (if applicable)
- There are no refunds for unused time once billed
