App Not Loading or Buggy? Try This

Troubleshooting Guide for Performance Issues

If PlaylistFeed is not loading properly, running slowly, or showing bugs, follow the steps below to resolve common technical issues.

1. Refresh the Page

Start by refreshing the page. Some temporary errors or load issues can be resolved with a simple refresh.

Shortcut:

  • Press Cmd + R (Mac) or Ctrl + R (Windows)

2. Log Out and Log Back In

Session errors can sometimes cause features to break. Logging out and back in often resets the connection.

Steps:

  • Log out from the top menu
  • Close the browser tab
  • Reopen the site and log back in using your email

3. Clear Your Browser Cache

Outdated or conflicting cache files may prevent the app from loading correctly.

Steps:

  • Go to your browser settings
  • Clear cache and cookies for the past 7 days
  • Reload PlaylistFeed and try again

4. Try a Different Browser or Device

Some browser extensions or device-specific settings may block parts of the app.

Recommended browsers:

  • Chrome (latest version)
  • Firefox
  • Safari

You can also try using another device (e.g. switching from desktop to mobile) to isolate the issue.

5. Check Your Internet Connection

Slow or unstable internet can prevent parts of the app from loading correctly.

Tips:

  • Refresh your router or switch to a more stable connection
  • Avoid VPNs or proxies that may interfere with data requests

6. Update Your Browser

Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser. Older versions may cause layout or performance issues.
